Lighting
While I still used the wooden jewelry basket, I did add some additional stuff so that I could work with other themes. For this second part of the assignment I chose to do lighting to see how it worked with the picture and the jewelry inside of the basket. I moved the light to different angles until I could notice how the light reflected different objects. Depending on where the light source was coming from, some jewelry would be more vibrant than other. I really liked the variation it offered and how lighting managed to draw the attention to different areas of the photograph.
Color
Color was something that I wanted to explore and for this reason I went ahead and added colorful jewelry that would contrast with the dull color of the wooden basket. I really wanted to focus in on my images to be able to capture the contrast that the colors offered. Lighting was very important in obtaining the color for this part of the assignment. I also placed the objects that had cnontrasting colors next to eachother so that the colors did not blend in. Overall, I really liked how the colors played out in this part of the assignment.
